What sets us apart
We are brokers, not an insurer and not a sales organisation. That means no sales targets, no chasing commission, no pressure on completion figures. Our advisers are salaried employees and are paid for doing the right thing for the client. Anyone coming from classic sales notices the difference fairly quickly.
The main focus of our work is looking after companies and industrial businesses. Alongside that there is a smaller, highly specialised team working internationally that insures watersport and snowsport schools and outdoor businesses. So if you want to, you can work here in a niche where there are only a handful of specialists in the whole of Germany.
Because we all sit at one location and hierarchies are flat, the routes are short. A question is settled in the next room rather than across three levels. Training here is not a bonus but part of the work, among other things through the requirements of our professional association, the BDVM.
